CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM
Building consisting of four bodies at a single elevation:
BODIES A – B
- section pillars 60 x 60 cm;
- wheelbase pillars prevalent 20.00 x 13.50 m;
- beams in coverage inverted T;
- covering floor with tiled CONDOR, curved sheets and corrugated termocoibentate tiled TT50;
BODIES C – D
- section pillars 60 x 60 cm;
- wheelbase pillars for the body C 15.92 x 15.00 m, Body D varying from 15.70 x 24.00 x 8.00 but 8.00 m;
- beams in coverage inverted T;
- covering floor with tiled CONDOR, curved sheets and corrugated termocoibentate tiled TT50;
Termocoibentate on curved sheets are placed in smoke and heat (of various sizes) and skylights flush mounted on pedestals in fiberglass.
FIRE RESISTANCE: R 60
INTENDED USE: shopping mall and hypermarket
TIMING OF REALIZATION
- Supply contract in work of prefabricated: July 14, 2005
- Start assembling prefabricated structures: October 10, 2005
- Final installation of prefabricated structures including ancillary works: 31 July 2006.
CLADDING WALLS:
- They consist primarily of vertical panels AC smooth, insulated, 20 cm thick, modulated step of 2.50 m.
- At access are located on the main straight horizontal panels, insulated, 20 cm thick, on spans up to 15 m.
- All panels are finished with painting green.
TYPES OF OPENINGS
- access on the main elevation, without subframe, made with gables horizontal ranging in size from 3.50 x 7.60 m, 3.50 x 13.50 m;
- access portals with sheet metal bent, ranging in size from 2.50 x 2.80 but 4.00 x 2.00 m;
- windows, prevailing dimensions 1.60 x 2.00 m;
