On 24th November 2008, the company adopted a Code of Ethics, formally approved by the Administrative Body.
The code integrates the rules framework grounding in that the Corporate Governance System, recognizing the recommendations in the DL 231/2001.
Sicep S.p.A.’s policy has always pursued business’ activities with honesty and integrity, following high moral and ethical principles that have been mentioned in the Code of Ethics.
The Code explicates all the commitments and responsibilities which directors, team management, and both company’s and subsidiaries’ employees, are to take on and respect when managing business and relationships with company’s stakeholders.
The task of monitoring the efficacy and effectiveness of the Code of Ethics is entrusted to a Supervisory Committee, endowed with autonomy and independence, as well as initiative and supervisory powers.
