Certified quality. Always.

Sicep was one of the first companies in the sector to adopt a Quality Management System compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001 standards. The certification was entrusted to ICMQ, the sector Institute with specific competence and professionalism.

A tradition of quality

he first certification of the 9001 quality management system for the activities of “design and production of precast concrete components” dates back to 1993 and since then we have never stopped: in 2001, in fact, certification was added for the activities of “construction with precast structural concrete components”, which extends the scope of certification to all Company activities, including transport and assembly.
This certification ensures the ability of an organisation to structure and manage its resources and production processes in such a way as to recognise and meet the needs of customers and clients, including those related to compliance with mandatory requirements, as well as the commitment to continuously improve this capacity.

CE Marking

In 2007 SICEP obtained the certification of conformity of the factory production control for CE marking of precast concrete products for the following standards:

  • EN 13224: Ribbed floor elements
  • EN 13225: Linear structural elements
  • EN 13693: Special roof elements
  • EN 14992: Wall elements
  • EN 15050: Bridge elements

The Declaration of Performance (DOP) that accompanies CE marked construction products ensures that they perform in accordance with applicable European regulations and are constantly measured and monitored.

PDO Certifications

Safety

Sicep adopts a Health and Safety Management System compliant with standard 45001 for the design, production and assembly of precast structural elements in reinforced and prestressed concrete. UNI ISO 45001 is the first international regulation to define minimum standards of good practice for the protection of workers. It establishes a framework to improve safety, reduce risks in the workplace and improve the health and well-being of workers, thus allowing a continuous increase in health and safety performance.

SOA

It is a qualification for participation in tenders for carrying out public works certificate. It certifies and quantifies the company’s ability to carry out both civil works (Cat. OG1 Class VI) and precast works (Cat.OS13 Class VIII Unlimited amount)

Social responsability

We firmly believe in the value of human capital, for this very reason our mission is based on the principles of Social Responsibility, with the aim of spreading the culture of gender equality and the inclusion of all forms of diversity within the company , thus contributing to starting a path aimed at cultural change and producing sustainable and lasting change over time.
To this end we have adopted a Management System for Gender Equality compliant with the guidelines dictated by UNI/PdR 125:2022
